Beaches Gardens provides comprehensive gardening services across Sydney’s Upper Northern Beaches. From general garden maintenance, to planting, pruning, hedging, mowing, lawn care, garden clear outs and presale spruce ups, we’ve got you covered.

We are passionate about the environment and choose to use battery powered tools. Our specialised equipment produces the same great results as traditional petrol powered counterparts, but has the added bonus of keeping the air around us fresh and clean. It also helps minimise noise so we can all live and work in more peaceful surroundings. All of this comes at absolutely no extra cost to our clients.

Furthering our commitment to eco-friendly practices, we use organic fertilisers and sprays which are just as effective as their traditional counterparts, but much less damaging to the environment. Again, none of this affects our prices.

The Beaches Gardens team has extensive horticultural knowledge and offers a comprehensive eco-friendly gardening service across Sydney’s Upper Northern Beaches. From Palm Beach to Whale Beach, Avalon Beach, Bilgola, Newport, Mona Vale and round to Bayview, we produce the same great results for our clients as traditional gardeners, but by using battery powered tools we create less noise and zero fumes, all at no extra cost. Our expertise is in both large and small private gardens, whether that be advising on design and planting for new gardens, or maintaining and evolving well established gardens. O U R F O U N D E R

Dan is a passionate gardener and also cares deeply about the environment. Originally from London, for many years he worked under Royal Horticultural Society (RHS) judge Robert Player maintaining the lawns and gardens of some of London’s best known garden squares. His time with Robert was invaluable in helping him build up his now extensive plant knowledge. During his time in the UK he also helped create show gardens for the RHS Chelsea Flower Show as well as for GROW London.

Following a stint in Guernsey, Channel Islands, looking after a number of award winning private gardens, he now calls Sydney’s Northern Beaches home where he runs Beaches Gardens by Dan Gillespie.

With nearly a decade of experience, Dan prides himself on his genuine love of gardening, extensive horticultural knowledge and skills, hard working nature and attention to detail.
